This page explains how to use your Mini Me Kicks account and what to do if you cannot access it. The goal is practical: help you find the right screen, confirm the right details, and resolve issues with minimal back-and-forth.

Order status & history
Your account provides a consolidated view of your purchases—order status, items purchased, and key timestamps. If tracking is available, you will see shipment updates as they are provided by the carrier.
Practical note: the account view may update slightly after checkout while the system confirms payment and creates the order record.

Tracking visibility
When an order ships, tracking information is added to your order details (when available). For the most reliable tracking view, use the tracking link and refresh periodically as carriers update scans.
If you see “label created,” it usually means the shipment has been registered but has not received its first carrier scan yet.

Address & contact details
Accurate details help prevent delivery issues and speed up support verification. Keep your email, phone number, and shipping address current—especially apartment/unit numbers and building access notes.
If you need to change a shipping address after ordering, contact support immediately. Changes may be limited once processing begins.

Password & account security
Use a unique password and avoid sharing your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact support. We will never ask you to send full payment details via email or message.

Discounts & eligibility checks
If you are subscribed, eligible discounts may apply automatically at checkout (no code). If a discount does not appear, confirm you are signed in with the same email and check whether the item is eligible.

Locate your order confirmation email. If you cannot find it, contact support with the checkout email, name, and approximate order date.

If you cannot access your account or an order does not appear, the causes below are the most common.
