What a gift card is

A gift card is a prepaid balance that can be used toward eligible purchases on our store. It is not a physical card unless explicitly stated; most gift cards are delivered digitally by email.

>> Note: A gift card code should be treated like cash. Do not share it publicly.

Delivery and recipient details

Digital gift cards are delivered to the recipient email entered at purchase. A typo in the recipient email is the most common cause of “missing gift card” reports.

>> Note: If you purchased a gift card for yourself, enter your own email as the recipient.

Using a gift card

Gift card codes are applied during checkout. Enter the code exactly, including any hyphens. If the gift card does not cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

>> Note: If a code does not apply, confirm you did not paste extra spaces before or after the code.

Refunds and returns

When an order is paid with a gift card, approved refunds are typically returned to the gift card balance. This keeps the refund method consistent and protects against payment mismatches.

Gift cards function as a payment method. Discounts and promotional pricing are determined by the products in your cart. Eligibility can vary depending on the promotion and items selected.

How It Works

Use these steps to purchase, deliver, and redeem a gift card with minimal friction.

Purchase

Enter the recipient email carefully. If you want the gift card sent to you to forward later, use your own email as recipient.

Check delivery

If the email is not received, check spam/junk folders and search the inbox for “Gift Card” or “Mini Me Kicks.” Delivery may take a short window depending on email systems.

Redeem

Copy the code and paste it into the gift card/discount field at checkout. Confirm the deduction is applied before placing the order.

Security note: We may request verification details to protect gift card ownership. Avoid sending the full code in public messages.

  • Recipient didn’t receive the gift card
    Confirm the recipient email, check spam/junk, and search inbox.
  • Code shows as invalid
    Ensure the full code is copied (no extra spaces); try manual entry.
  • Code won’t apply
    Confirm you are entering it in the gift card/discount field at checkout.
  • Balance seems incorrect
    Verify whether part of the balance was used on a prior order.
  • Refund expected
    If an order paid by gift card is refunded, the balance typically returns to the gift card.
  • Security concern
    If you believe a code was compromised, contact support immediately with proof of purchase.
