How to request a change

Clear requests reduce delays. Below is the simplest method to get your order reviewed.

Email us with your order number and the email used at checkout. State the exact change you want in one sentence.

STEP 02

We verify timing

We check whether your order is still eligible for edits. If the order has entered processing or shipped, we will tell you what options remain.

STEP 03

Confirm the outcome

If a change is possible, we confirm it. If not, we provide the most practical alternative (delivery guidance, return/exchange steps, or refund support).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible only before the order enters processing. Once processing begins or shipping starts, a cancellation may no longer be available.

  • Best practice: contact support immediately after checkout if you want to cancel.
  • If the order already shipped: you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
  • Refund timing: if cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Address Updates

Address accuracy is critical for delivery completion. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, the carrier may not allow reroutes or edits.

  • Always include apartment/unit numbers where applicable
  • Provide the corrected address in full, formatted clearly
  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, delivery may require additional time
