How to request a change

We verify timing
We check whether your order is still eligible for edits. If the order has entered processing or shipped, we will tell you what options remain.
Confirm the outcome
If a change is possible, we confirm it. If not, we provide the most practical alternative (delivery guidance, return/exchange steps, or refund support).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible only before the order enters processing. Once processing begins or shipping starts, a cancellation may no longer be available.
- Best practice: contact support immediately after checkout if you want to cancel.
- If the order already shipped: you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

Address Updates
